Browns coach Eric Mangini: 'We'll fix it'

The Cleveland Browns are stuck in a rut filled with penalties, missed chances and losses.

Sunday's national game on CBS, mainly Patriots-Jets, earned its highest preliminary rating for its first broadcast of the season since the network resumed televising the NFL in 1998.
New York's 28-14 win helped draw a 16.7 overnight rating and 32 share. CBS said Monday that the rating was up 8 percent from last year.
